Valerie Hoecke, (VP of Digital Experience and Commerce for Benefit Cosmetics). After more than 15 years leading account management and strategic services, dishing out advice at interactive agencies, Valerie Hoecke is finally getting a taste of her own medicine. Fortunately, it comes with a spoonful of sugar at Benefit Cosmetics.

 

 

Kelly Solomon  (VP of Interactive and E-commerce, Active Cosmetics Division, L’Oréal). Kelly has been employed by L’Oreal USA since March 2006, where she began as the Director of E-Commerce for the Active Cosmetics Division of L’Oreal. She was responsible for creating the E-Commerce department for the Active Cosmetics Division and launching ecommerce enabled websites for Vichy, La Roche-Posay, Dermablend and SkinCeuticals. Coupling her knowledge of backend systems with her knowledge of front end user experience, Kelly was responsible for defining the functionality and shoppability of these sites.
