Frances Mazur

Having started her career working for the largest recruiting firms in the world, Frances Mazur has recruited for 25 of the Fortune 100. She also helped many small to mid-size companies find their first critical hires, grow to the next level, or rebound from a downturn by introducing just the right person for the job.

Over the course of 10 years, Frances recruited for many industries, but she had a particular passion for her clients in Beauty. So in 2006, she turned her passion into a business and started her own recruiting firm. Frances has dedicated herself to the experts working in the industry through her career service and her launch of the Beauty Biz Roundtable series, an evening of networking and roundtable discussions with executives from major beauty brands.

Frances will always cherish her Midwestern values and work ethic and is an alumni of Indiana University, a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and Beauty Industry West (BIW), and an active teen mentor for Step Up Women’s Network.
